The candidate will provide 1st and 2nd level hardware, software and operating system support to end-users in this fast-paced work environment. He/ She will monitor the helpdesk ticketing system and answer phones in order to ensure technical issues are managed and resolved in a timely manner. The candidate will be part of a team that will provide support to all levels of company employees and will have hands-on technical experience, a solid foundation in support of enterprise office system, organizational, communicational and prioritization skills. Provide end users on-site and/or remote support for all desktop and LAN- based applications. Install and configure workstations. Superior inter-personal and communicational skills are required.
